New Residential Investment increases dividend

The Board of New Residential Investment (NYSE:NRZ)
declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter 2020, representing an increase of 33% from the common stock dividend for the third quarter of 2020. The fourth quarter common stock dividend is payable on January 29, 2021 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2020

Panostaja Oyj decreases dividend

Panostaja posted end of year report and Panostaja Board proposes 0.03€ dividend per share for year 2020. Last year they paid 0.05€ per share, so this is a reduction in dividend but taken into account the COVID-19 restrictions etc. this in a decent dividend in overall. Since I own only 200 shares of Panostaja Oyj, this change will lower my 12 month forward dividends by 4€ only.

W.P. Carey Inc. increases dividend

W.P. Carey Inc. (NYSE:WPC) increases quarterly dividend from $1.044 to $1.046 per share. Like a clockwork, they increase every quarter. Increases are small but they go to right direction every time, I like it.

Stora Enso to pay second installment of dividend in December

Stora Enso pays second installment of dividend on 17.12.2020, this installment is 0.15€ per share which makes total dividend for this year to be 0.30€ per share. Last year Stora Enso paid 0.50€ per share so this is a -40% decrease.

SAN DIEGO, Dec. 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2345 per share from $0.2340 per share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2021. This is the 109th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for January's dividend is December 31, 2020. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.814 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.808 per share.

Enbridge increases dividend

Enbridge Inc. (TSX: ENB) (NYSE: ENB) (Enbridge or the Company) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.835 per common share, payable on March 1, 2021 to shareholders of record on February 12, 2021. The declared dividend represents a three percent increase from the prior quarterly rate and the twenty-sixth consecutive year in which the Company has increased

Fortum new strategy targets over time increasing dividends

Fortum has updated the strategy for the whole Fortum Group to drive the clean energy transition and deliver sustainable financial performance.

Panostaja Oyj is a Finland-based investment company, which together with its group enterprises forms a conglomerate, which primary market is Finland. The Company's portfolio comprises: Grano Oy within digital and printing services area; dealership KL-Varaosat Oy, which delivers parts for Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Volvo cars; Selog Oy, a ceiling material wholesaler; Suomen Helakeskus Oy, engaged in import of and services related to fixtures and fittings; Megaklinikka Oy, a provider of oral health care services; Heatmasters Oy, a metal heat treatment services and equipment provider; Oscar Software Group Oy, a software service company specialized in the development of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and various business services, as well as CoreHW, which offers design services within radio frequency integrated circuit sector.

SFL Corporation decreases dividend again

The Board of directord of SLF Corporation have declared quarterlty cash dividend of $0.15 per share. 

Dividend will be paid around 30th Dec to shareholders on record as of 14th Dec. This is the second dividend cut this year, really disappointing. COVID-19 has impacted their business quite badly, lets hope next year brings some better news

Telus Corporation increases dividend

Telus Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3112 Canadian per share on the issued and outstanding Common shares payable on January 4, 2021 to holders of record at the close of business on December 11, 2020. This is a 6.8% increase over the previous dividend. 

Dominion Energy cuts dividend by 33%

Dominion Energy declared that its next payout will be $0.63 per share, to be paid on Dec. 20 to investors of record as of Dec. 4.

That represents a reduction of 33% from Dominion's previous dividend of $0.94, which was handed out in mid-September. The dividend cut naturally means a decline in its yield, which at the current share price is 3%

Since I own 39 shares of Dominion Energy, this cut decreases my 12 month forward dividends by $46.80. Really disappointing but this was actually announced months ago already.

Emerson Electric increases dividend

Emerson Electric increases dividend for 64th consecutive year as the board announced today a 2 cent increase to dividend for 2021 from $0.50 per share to $0.505 per share.

AbbVie increases dividend

AbbVie is announcing today that its board of directors declared an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend from $1.18 per share to $1.30 per share beginning with the dividend payable on February 16, 2021 to shareholders of record as of January 15, 2021 . This reflects an increase of approximately 10.2 percent, continuing AbbVie's strong commitment to returning cash to shareholders through a growing dividend. Since the company's inception in 2013, AbbVie has increased its quarterly dividend by 225 percent. AbbVie is a member of the S&P Dividend Aristocrats Index, which tracks companies that have annually increased their dividend for at least 25 consecutive years.

Kontoor Brands reinstates quarterly dividend

Kontoor Brands suspended dividend earlier this year, but given the Company’s continued improving operational performance and strong cash flow generation, the Company today announced its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share of its common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on December 18, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 10, 2020.

Triton International increases dividend

Triton's Board of Directors announced a nearly 10% increase in its quarterly common share dividend to $0.57 per share payable on December 23, 2020 to shareholders of record as of December 10, 2020.

Since I own 96 shares of TRTN, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by $19.20

V.F. Corporation increases dividend for 48th consecutive year

V.F. Corp increased its quarterly dividend by 2% to 49 cents per share. This marks its 48th consecutive annual dividend hike. The increased dividend rate is payable Dec 21 to shareholders of record as of Dec 10.

Since I own 35 shares of VFC, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by $1.40

Telia board proposes additional dividend

Telia Company announces that it has reached an agreement with Polhem Infra to for the sale of its internaltional carrier business. At the same time Telia Board has decided to propose additional dividend of 0.65 SEK/share bringing the total dividend of 2019 back to 2.45SEK/share which was originally proposed in January this year. Finally some positive news on the dividend front....

New Residential Investment increases dividend

The Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock for the third quarter 2020, representing an increase of 50% from the common stock dividend for the second quarter of 2020. The third quarter common stock dividend is payable on October 30, 2020 to shareholders of record on October 5, 2020.

This is good news but still a long way to go to the levels before COVID-19 began.

The dividend is payable on October 15, 2020 to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2020. This is the 108th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for October's dividend is September 30, 2020. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.808 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.802 per share.

Nordea does not pay dividend in 2020

Nordea will follow European Central Bank recommendation and does not pay dividend in 2020. Big disappointment. They will follow the situation and are ready to pay the dividend early 2021. But nothing is sure, Q4 will give more information.

Verizon increases dividend for 14th consecutive year

The Board of Directors at Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) today declared a quarterly dividend of 62.75 cents per outstanding share, an increase of 1.25 cents per share from the previous quarter. The quarterly dividend is payable on November 2, 2020, to Verizon shareholders of record at the close of business on October 9, 2020. 

This is the 14th consecutive year Verizon’s Board has approved a quarterly dividend increase.

 Re-opened position in Orchid Island Capital Inc (NYSE:ORC). Orchid Island Capital Inc. seems to doing pretty well amids the COVID-19 threat and even increased the dividend this month. Yield is very high so I decided to jump back into the ORC wagon with a position of 80 shares at start.

Update on Chatham Lodging Trust dividend situation

Chatman reported Q2 results and there was a chapter about dividends included.

Chatham paid 2020 dividends of $0.22 per common share during the first quarter and has indefinitely suspended its monthly dividend. Although not expected, any dividend required for Chatham to maintain its REIT status for 2020 will be declared in the 2020 fourth quarter and paid in January 2021. Pursuant to its amended credit facility, any dividends paid would include a cash component no greater than the minimum percentage allowed under the Internal Revenue Code.

So maybe some dividend will be payed early next year...light in the tunnel
