Recent sale : Nokia Oyj

Sold my remaining position in Nokia Oyj (HEL:NOKIA) at 8.50€ per share. I had bought these shares already in 2013, price went down and I decreased position in half, now the price has gone upwards and time to get rid of these and invest the money into better stocks, 375 shares sold from two accounts, profit from sales 773€

Recent sale : First National Financial Corporation

First National Financial Corporation (TSE:FN) stocks were automatically sold at CAD 48.00 per share as company has been acquired.

Recent sale : Flowers Foods Inc.

Sold my whole position in Flowers Foods Inc. (NYSE:FLO) at $12.99 per share. Flowers Foods has been declining all year, should have made this move earlier already. This sale was made to get some tax deductions, I'm planning to re-enter when Flowers Foods situation gets better and BUY signals are raised.

Recent sale : Algonquin Power & Utils Corporation

Sold all my shares at Algonquin Power & Utils Corporation (TSE:AQN) at CAD 6.73 per share. Two dividend cuts and ticker price has been going downhill all year. Sold to gain some tax deductions.

Recent sale : Medifast Inc.

Sold my Medifast Inc. (NYSE:MED) position away as the company decided to stop dividend payments. I have no use for such ticker in my portfolio that does not generate income. This company showed good potential to be a steady dividend grower but seems like their business model did not hold

Recent sale : Panostaja Oyj

Sold my position in Panostaja Oyj (PNA1V.HE) due to company not paying dividends this year at all. Very disappointing.

New sale : Orchid Island Inc.

Sold my Orchid Island Inc (NSQ:ORC) position. ORC announced another dividend cut and that was it. Time to get rid of this sinking boat.

New sale : Triton International

Triton International acquirement went through finally. I had selected "take the money" option and sold my 96 TRTN shares at $85.00 per share.

New sale : Chimera Investment Corporation

Sold all my shares (150) in Chimera Investment Corporation (NYSE:CIM) at $5.64 per share.

 

New sale and purchase : VF Corporation

Sold all my shares (45) of VF Corporation (NYSE:VFC) on 17th of Aug at $20.42 per share. VF Corporation price kept sinking little more and I decided to purchase 50 shares of VF Corporation back on 18th of Aug at $20.01

Recent sale : Crestwood Equity Partners

Sold my position in Crestwood Equity Partners L.P (NSQ:CEQP) at $28.85 per share. This sale was due to U.S. Legislation change for Limited Partnership stocks.

 

Recent sale : Enterprise Products Partners L.P.

Sold my position in Enterprise Products Partners L.P (NYSE:EPD) at $24.75 per share. This sale was due to U.S. Legislation change for Limited Partnerships. 

Recent sale : Alliance Resource Partners L.P.

Sold my position in Alliance Resource Partners L.P. (NSQ:ARLP) at $22.46 per share due to U.S. Legislation change for Limited Partnership. ARLP position was started in 2015, so I had owned these shares for quite a long time already. Dividend was increasing rapidly this year, so a little pity that I had to sell these now.

 

Recent sale : Lazard Ltd.

Sold out all my shares in Lazard Lts. (NYSE:LAZ) at $36.88 per share. This sale was due to U.S. Legislation change for Limited Partnerships.

Recent sale : STORE Capital Corporation

Sold my position in STORE Capital Corp (NYSE:STOR). STORE Capital Corporation is getting acquired and delisted from Stock Market. Decided to free the cash already now when EUR/USD rate is high and re-invest it to another companies.

Recent sale : Chatham Lodging Trust

Sold all my shares in Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE:CLDT) at $13.76 per share. Chatham has suspended dividends early 2020 and has not resumed then yet by now. Got tired of waiting dividend reinstatement and decided to sell. Chatham has also lagged in profits and I needed some tax deductions for next year.

Lets keep monitoring and wait until they start paying dividends again.

Recent sell : Nokia

 Sold 75 shares of Nokia for 3.5885€ per share. As no dividends coming in any time soon, it is time to lower the size of Nokia in my portfolio to release some cash to more productive investments.
I still hold 375 shares of Nokia.

Recent sale : Nokia Oyj

Sold 300 shares of Nokia for 3.955€ per share. Nokia keeps on disappointing on the dividend front. Share price has climbed almost 20% this year already but information on Nokia 5G equipment does not sound to good so I decided to lose some of my Nokia shares now.

Future will show if this was a good move or not. As Nokia is not paying dividends currently, this move has no effect on my 12 month forward dividends. It releases some cash to invest in dividend paying stocks, more on these next week

Recent sale : Awilco Drilling

Decided to sell all my Awilco Drilling (AWDR.OL) shares at NOK 31.70 per share. This was due to Norway changing the taxation of dividends for foreigners and because Awilco Drillling decided to stop paying dividends last summer.

I collected 334.74€ in dividends from Awilco Drilling during my journey with them. Share price went down from my purchase price and I made a loss of 522.38€ from this sale. But when counting the dividends also, the loss is only 187.64€.

Recent sale : Mowi ASA

Norway changed the taxation of dividends for foreign investors. Seemed too time consuming to start filling forms to collect extra taxes afterwords, so I decided to sell all my Mowi ASA shares.

Sold 67 shares at 199.55 NOK per share.

My profit from Mowi ASA sale was 297.17€. And in addition to that, Mowi ASA has paid 119.20€ dividends.

Total profit: 416.37€  (40% profit to invested amount, excellent)
