Sievi and Boreo merge to happen on first half of 2022

Sievi Capital and Boreo Boards have signed the contract to merge two companies into one. The name of the merged company will be Boreo. Sievi Capital will be merged into Boreo.

Owner of Sievi Capital will receive 0.4492 new company share for each share of Sievi Capital. Premium for Sievi Capital owners would be 42.1% on the price for the day when this merge was announced.

As I own 150 share of Sievi Capital, this would give me 67 shares of the new Boreo Company.

Sievi Capital to merge with Boreo

Sievi Capital and Boreo are investigating a possible merge to form a new company. Sievi Capital owner would get 40% share of the "new company" share with a 42% premium on yesterday 17.8 price. Merge deal is planned to be closed during September if everything goes ok. Nice premium, too bad my position is quite small on this

Sievi Capital increases dividend

Sievi Capital increases dividend to 0.04€ per share. Last year Sievi Capital paid 0.03€ per share dividend. Increase is 33.3%. It would have been nice to own more shares, but since I own only 150 shares, this change will not affect much on my 12 month forward dividends.
