Nokia increases dividend and changes to quarterly distribution

Nokia board proposes dividend of 0.20€ per share. Last year dividend was 0.19€, so this a small increase. Additionally Nokia informed that if will change to quarterly dividend schedule starting from this year. So it is little unsure how it goes, will the first dividend be paid in april or how...remains to be seen.

Since I own 750 share of Nokia, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by 7.50€

Alliance Resource Partners increases dividend

ARLP announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner (the "Board") increased the cash distribution to unitholders for the 2018 Quarter to $0.53 per unit (an annualized rate of $2.12 per unit), payable on February 14, 2019 to all unitholders of record as of the close of trading on February 7, 2019. The announced distribution represents a 3.9% increase over the cash distribution of $0.51 per unit for the 2017 Quarter and a 1.0% increase over the cash distribution of $0.525 per unit for the Sequential Quarter.

Telia increases dividend

Telia Company board proposes dividend of 2.36 SEK per share. Last year dividend was 2.30 SEK per share, so this is a 2.61% increase in dividend

Since I own 500 shares of Telia Company, this change will increase my 12 month dividends by 30 SEK which is about 3 euros...great

EPR Properties increases dividend

EPR Properties (EPR) declares $0.375/share monthly dividend, 4.2% increase from prior dividend of $0.36. Forward yield 6.43% Payable Feb. 15; for shareholders of record Jan. 31; ex-div Jan. 30.

Since I own 25 shares of EPR, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by $4.50

Realty Income increases dividend

SAN DIEGO, Jan. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2255 per share from $0.2210 per share. The dividend is payable on February 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of February 1, 2019. This is the 100^th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for February's dividend is January 31, 2019. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.706 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.652 per share.

Marine Harvest company name changed to Mowi

Extraordinary general meeting in Marine Harvest ASA resolved to change to company's name to Mowi ASA. New ticker for the company is MOWI listed in Olso Bors
