New position started in portfolio with STORE Capital Corp. (NYSE: STOR). Purchased 15 shares of STOR at $26.35 per share. 

STORE Capital Corporation is an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, investment and management of single tenant operational real estate (STORE) properties. As of December 31, 2016, the Company owned a portfolio that consisted of investments in 1,660 property locations operated by 360 customers across 48 states. Its customers operate across a range of industries within the service, retail and manufacturing sectors of the United States economy, with restaurants, early childhood education centers, movie theaters, health clubs and furniture stores. The Company's portfolio includes investments in approximately 1,330 property locations operated by over 300 customers across approximately 50 states. The Company provides real estate financing solutions principally to businesses that own STORE properties and operate within the broad-based service, retail and industrial sectors of the United States economy.

New Residential Investment increases dividend

The Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock for the third quarter 2020, representing an increase of 50% from the common stock dividend for the second quarter of 2020. The third quarter common stock dividend is payable on October 30, 2020 to shareholders of record on October 5, 2020.

This is good news but still a long way to go to the levels before COVID-19 began.

SAN DIEGOSept. 17, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2340 per share from $0.2335 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2020 to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2020. This is the 108th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for October's dividend is September 30, 2020. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.808 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.802 per share.

Nordea does not pay dividend in 2020

Nordea will follow European Central Bank recommendation and does not pay dividend in 2020. Big disappointment. They will follow the situation and are ready to pay the dividend early 2021. But nothing is sure, Q4 will give more information.

Verizon increases dividend for 14th consecutive year


The Board of Directors at Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) today declared a quarterly dividend of 62.75 cents per outstanding share, an increase of 1.25 cents per share from the previous quarter. The quarterly dividend is payable on November 2, 2020, to Verizon shareholders of record at the close of business on October 9, 2020. 

This is the 14th consecutive year Verizon’s Board has approved a quarterly dividend increase.
