Emerson Electric completed 66th year of consecutive increased quarterly dividends per share; declared increase of quarterly cash dividend to $0.52 per share of common stock payable December 9, 2022 to stockholders of record November 11, 2022

 

Dividend increase #52 of 2022 : Alliance Resource Partners

Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: ARLP) today announced that the Board of Directors of ARLP’s general partner approved an increased cash distribution to its unitholders for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 (the "2022 Quarter").

ARLP unitholders will receive a cash distribution for the 2022 Quarter of $0.50 per unit (an annualized rate of $2.00 per unit), payable on November 14, 2022 to all unitholders of record as of the close of trading on November 7, 2022. The announced distribution represents a 150.0% increase over the cash distribution of $0.20 per unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 and a 25.0% increase over the cash distribution of $0.40 per unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.


 

Dividend increase #51 of 2022 : Kontoor Brands Inc.

Kontoor Brands, Inc. (NYSE: KTB), a global lifestyle apparel company, with a portfolio led by two of the world’s most iconic consumer brands, Wrangler® and Lee®, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per share of its common stock, an increase of $0.02 or 4 percent. The cash dividend will be payable on December 19, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 9, 2022.

 

Dividend increase #50 of 2022 : AbbVie Inc.

AbbVie increased the quarterly dividend by 5% from $1.41 per share to $1.48 per share.

Dividend increase #49 of 2022 : VF Corporation

VF’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share, reflecting a 2% increase over the previous quarter’s dividend. This dividend will be payable on December 20, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2022. 


 

Dividend increase #48 of 2022 : Ares Capital Corporation

Ares Capital Corporation ("Ares Capital") (NASDAQ: ARCC) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.48 per share. The fourth quarter dividend is payable on December 29, 2022 to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2022. The Board of Directors previously declared on February 9, 2022 an additional dividend of $0.03 per share, subject to the satisfaction of certain Maryland law requirements, payable on December 29, 2022 to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2022.

Dividend increase #46 of 2022 : Emera Inc.

Board of Directors of Emera Inc. (TSX: EMA) approved an increase in the annual common share dividend to $2.76 from $2.65 per common share and extended its dividend growth rate target of four to five per cent through 2025.
