Stora Enso board proposes dividend of 0.30€

Stora Enso reported end of year results and for the financial year 2020, the Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of 0.30 euros per share. This is aligned with our companys policy to pay half of the EPS excluding fair valuations as dividend over the cycle.

Dividend increase #3 of 2021 : Telia Company proposes dividend of 2.00 SEK per share

Telia Company released year end report and for 2020, the Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting an ordinary dividend of SEK 2.00 per share. Previous year the dividend was SEK 2.45 per share but it included extra dividend at the end of year.

 Added 17 shares of Canadian Utilities (TSE:CU) at CAD $32.26 per share. I now hold 42 shares of Canadian Utilities

New purchase : Orchid Island Capital

Added 65 shares of Orchid  Island Capital (ORC) at $5.44 per share. I now hold 347 shares of ORC

Dividend increase #2 of 2021 : Canadian Utilities

 Canadian Utilities declares CAD 0.4398/share quarterly dividend, 1% increase from prior dividend of CAD 0.4354. Forward yield 5.58%

Payable March 1st for shareholders of record Feb. 4th, ex-div Feb. 3rd.

Golar LNG partners acquired by New Fortress Energy

Under NFE’s agreement with GMLP (the "GMLP Agreement"), NFE has agreed to acquire all of the outstanding common units of GMLP for $3.55 per common unit in cash. NFE has also agreed to acquire GMLP’s general partner for equivalent consideration based on the general partner’s economic interest in GMLP. The preferred units of GMLP will remain outstanding. The transaction is valued at a $1.9 billion enterprise value and $251 million common equity value. GMLP’s Board of Directors, acting upon the recommendation of a special committee of independent directors of GMLP, unanimously approved the proposed transaction with NFE. The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval by the holders of a majority of GMLP’s outstanding common units, the receipt of certain regulatory approvals and third party consents and other customary closing conditions, and is expected to occur in the first half of 2021. 

It was a high time to get this POS out of my portfolio. Acquisition price is $3.55 per share, since I hold 47 shares of GMLP, I will receive $166.85

 Added 40 shares of Telia Company  (TELIA1) at 3.44€ per share. I now hold 590 shares of Telia Company.

Dividend increase #1 of 2021 : Enterprise Products Partners

Enterprise Products Partners announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared the quarterly cash distribution to the fourth quarter of 2020 of $0.45 per share. This is a 1.1% increase over the distribution of the previous quarter. EPD has increased distribution rate for 22 consecutive years.

New purchase : UPM-Kymmene Oy

Dividend re-investment beforehand continues. Added 4 shares of UPM-Kymmene (UPM.HE) at 29.81€ per share. I now hold 20 shares of UPM-Kymmene.

New purchase : Fortum Oyj

 Starting dividend re-investments early on this year with purchasing 5 shares of Fortum Oyj (FUM1V.HE) at 20.26€ per share. I now hold 123 shares of Fortum
