Recent sale : Mowi ASA

Norway changed the taxation of dividends for foreign investors. Seemed too time consuming to start filling forms to collect extra taxes afterwords, so I decided to sell all my Mowi ASA shares.

Sold 67 shares at 199.55 NOK per share.

My profit from Mowi ASA sale was 297.17€. And in addition to that, Mowi ASA has paid 119.20€ dividends.

Total profit: 416.37€  (40% profit to invested amount, excellent)

Marine Harvest company name changed to Mowi

Extraordinary general meeting in Marine Harvest ASA resolved to change to company's name to Mowi ASA. New ticker for the company is MOWI listed in Olso Bors

Marine Harvest decreases dividend for Q4

The Board has resolved a quarterly dividend of NOK 2.60 per share. The dividend will be distributed as ordinary dividend, and not as repayment of paid-in capital.

Dividend for previous quarter was NOK 3.40

Added 25 shares of Marine Harvest (MHG.OL) at 148.30 NOK per share. I now hold 67 shares of MHG.OL

This purchase will increase my 12 month forward dividends by approx 40€.

Marine Harvest increases dividend

The Board of Marine Harvest ASA has resolved on 31 October 2017 to distribute a quarterly dividend of NOK 3.40 per share in the form of a repayment of paid-in capital.

Marine Harvest ASA's shares listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange will be traded including dividend up

until and including the 9 November 2017. Marine Harvest ASA's shares listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange will be traded ex dividend from and including 10 November 2017. Marine Harvest ASA's shares listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange will have a Record Date on the 13 November 2017. The expected payment date is 15 November 2017.

Marine Harvest ASA increases dividend

Marine Harvest ASA (MHG.OL) declared dividend NOK 3.20 for Q3. Dividend for previous quarter was NOK 3.00 so this is a 6.67% increase in quarterly dividend.

Since I own only 20 shares of MHG.OL this increases my 12 month forward dividends by so little that I do not even want to count it :) Well, MHG.OL position was just started and will be increased during coming months/years

New position started in portfolio. Marine Harvest ASA (MHG.OL). Purchased 20 shares of MHG.OL for 151.00 NOK per share.

Marine Harvest ASA is a Norway-based company engaged in the production and marketing of seafood. The Company operates within three segments, namely Feed, Farming, and Sales and Marketing. The Feed segment is responsible for production of fish feed. The Farming segment manages the Company's farming activities in Norway, Scotland, Canada, Chile, Ireland and the Faroe Islands. The Sales segment comprises the global sales organization.

MHG.OL pays dividend quarterly with 3-6-9-11 schedule and my starting yield on cost is around 7.6%
