Recent sale : Technopolis

Kildare Partners launched a bid to buy Technopolis for 4.65€ per share. This was a good premium to my average purchase price 3.92€ so I decided it was a good time to step out of this company. I sold all my shares in Technopolis for 4.65€ per share.

My profit from Technopolis sale was 821.98€ when including sales from Offerings couple of years back. And in addition to that, Technopolis has paid 391.35€ dividends to me.

Total profit: 1213.33€  (49.5% profit to invested amount, excellent)

 

Technopolis increases dividend

Technopolis Board proposes dividend 0.09€ + return of capital 0.08€, which makes it a total of 0.17€ distribution. Last year Technopolis paid 0.12€ in dividends. So this is a nice 41.7% increase.

Since I own 700 shares of Technopolis, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by 35€

Technopolis decreases dividend

Technopolis board proposes dividend 0.12€ from year 2016. Last year Technopolis paid 0.17€ per share. This decrease drops my 12 month forward dividend by 25€. Technopolis disappointments continue to roll in.....

Added 150 shares of Technopolis (TPS1V) at 3.79€ per share. I now hold 645 shares of Technopolis. This purchase increases my 12 month forward dividends by 25.5€ and brings down my average purchase price of TPS1V to 3.98€

Technopolis dividend increased for 2016

Technopolis reported strong quarter today and dividend proposal for 2016 is 0.17 EUR per share. This is a 13.3% increase over previous years 0.15 EUR per share. Since I own 495 shares of Technopolis, this increases my 12 month forward dividends by 9.90 EUR.

Added 75 shares of Technopolis (TPS1V) at 3.65€ per share. This brings down my average purchase price to 4.04€ per share. I now hold 495 shares of Technopolis.

Technopolis announced dividend for year 2014 to be 0.15 per share. This is 50% increase over the previous years 0.10 per share
