Recent sale : Nokia Oyj

Sold my remaining position in Nokia Oyj (HEL:NOKIA) at 8.50€ per share. I had bought these shares already in 2013, price went down and I decreased position in half, now the price has gone upwards and time to get rid of these and invest the money into better stocks, 375 shares sold from two accounts, profit from sales 773€

Dividend increase #3 of 2025 : Nokia Oyj

Nokia board of directors proposes dividend of 0.14€ from year 2024. In previous year the dividend was 0.13€ so this is a small increase if it gets approved in general meeting. Dividend to be paid in 4 installments as previously.

Dividend increase #4 of 2024 : Nokia Oyj

Nokia board proposes dividend of 0.13€ per share from year 2023. This is a 8.3% increase over the dividend from previous year (0.12€) which is very good direction.

Dividend increase #3 of 2023 : Nokia Oyj

Nokia reported Q4 results and board proposal for dividend from 2022 is 0.12 eur per share. Dividend from previous year was 0.08 eur so this is a nice increase. Nokia reinstated dividend last year, so only 3 quarterly payments were made last year.

Dividend increase #6 of 2022 : Nokia reinstates dividend

Nokia Board proposes to the Annual General Meeting to be authorized to decide in its discretion on the distribution of an aggregate maximum of EUR 0.08 per share as dividend and/or as assets from the invested unrestricted equity fund.

The authorization will be used to distribute dividend and/or equity repayment in four installments during the period of validity of the authorization unless the Board of Directors decides otherwise for a justified reason.

Recent sell : Nokia

 Sold 75 shares of Nokia for 3.5885€ per share. As no dividends coming in any time soon, it is time to lower the size of Nokia in my portfolio to release some cash to more productive investments.
I still hold 375 shares of Nokia.

Nokia does not pay dividend for 2020

Nokia reported results today and board proposal is to not pay dividends from year 2020. Another year goes like this. Not a suprise as this was very well expected.

Recent sale : Nokia Oyj

Sold 300 shares of Nokia for 3.955€ per share. Nokia keeps on disappointing on the dividend front. Share price has climbed almost 20% this year already but information on Nokia 5G equipment does not sound to good so I decided to lose some of my Nokia shares now.

Future will show if this was a good move or not. As Nokia is not paying dividends currently, this move has no effect on my 12 month forward dividends. It releases some cash to invest in dividend paying stocks, more on these next week

Nokia does not pay dividend for 2019

Nokia reported results today and it was not a big suprise that they will not be paying dividends from 2019 results. So no payments coming from Nokia this year. Disappointing, I will need to review my position in Nokia to see whether I should keep holding or do something else with the investment

Nokia does not pay remaining dividends from this year

Nokia reported today that due to financial situation, they are not going to pay the remaining 2 dividends from year 2018. Dividends that should have been paid in November 2019 and February 2020 have been cancelled. Very bad news, this is not good at all.

Nokia increases dividend and changes to quarterly distribution

Nokia board proposes dividend of 0.20€ per share. Last year dividend was 0.19€, so this a small increase. Additionally Nokia informed that if will change to quarterly dividend schedule starting from this year. So it is little unsure how it goes, will the first dividend be paid in april or how...remains to be seen.

Since I own 750 share of Nokia, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by 7.50€

Nokia proposes to increase dividend by 11.8%

Nokia reported Q3 results and at the same time mentions that board proposes to increase dividend to 0.19€. This is a 0.02€ increase from the dividend in 2016. If board proposal is accepted in annual meeting, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by 15€

Nokia dividend increased

Nokia board proposes 0.17€ dividend for year 2016. Last year the normal dividend was 0.16€ but Nokia paid also an extra 0.1€ dividend. So normal dividend was increased but total amount of dividends received will decrease as no special extra dividend this year.

New purchase : Nokia

I made this purchase back in March but did not report it as this was not planned to be part of dividend portfolio. I purchased 600 shares of Nokia at 5.20€ per share. Plan was to wait a while and sell them for higher price, but then Nokia share price went down and has not recovered enough yet so I decided to add them to my dividend portfolio. I now hold 750 share of Nokia

New purchase : Nokia

Added 60 shares of Nokia (HEL:NOKIA) at 5.61€ per share. Nordnet offered trades for zero cost for specific shares, so I decided to add little Nokia to my portfolio. I now hold 150 shares of Nokia
 

Nokia dividend increased

Finland's Nokia reported better-than-expected profits for its mainstay telecom network equipment business but warned that rollouts for new mobile networks would start to slow this year in its most vital market China.



Nokia proposed an annual dividend of 0.16 euros per share and a special dividend of 0.10 euros per share. This is a 87% increase when special is counted also over last years 0.14 euro per share. Without special, the increase is a soldi 14%. Since I own 90 shares of Nokia, this increases my 12 month forward dividends by 10.8 euros

Dividend cut : Nokia

Nokia announced dividend for year 2014 to be 0.14 per share. This is a -62% decrease from previous year 0.33 per share.
