Dividend decrease #10 of 2023 : V.F. Corp.

V.F. Corp (NYSE:VFC) declares $0.09/share quarterly dividend, -70% decrease from prior dividend of $0.30. Forward yield 2.1%, Payable Dec. 20; for shareholders of record Dec. 11; ex-div Dec. 8. This is the second dividend cut this year. Very poor performance from V.F. Corp.

New sale and purchase : VF Corporation

Sold all my shares (45) of VF Corporation (NYSE:VFC) on 17th of Aug at $20.42 per share. VF Corporation price kept sinking little more and I decided to purchase 50 shares of VF Corporation back on 18th of Aug at $20.01

Dividend cut #4 of 2023 : V.F. Corp

V.F.Corp (NYSE:VFC) declared a $0.30 per share quarterly dividend which is a -41.2% decrease of the dividend of previous quarter. More shock news coming in, this was not good.

Dividend increase #49 of 2022 : VF Corporation

VF’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share, reflecting a 2% increase over the previous quarter’s dividend. This dividend will be payable on December 20, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2022.

Dividend increase #32 of 2021 : VF Corporation

VF’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, payable on December 20, 2021, to shareholders of record on December 10, 2021. Subject to approval by its Board of Directors, VF intends to continue to pay its regularly scheduled dividend and is not currently contemplating the suspension of its dividend.

V.F. Corporation increases dividend for 48th consecutive year

V.F. Corp increased its quarterly dividend by 2% to 49 cents per share. This marks its 48th consecutive annual dividend hike. The increased dividend rate is payable Dec 21 to shareholders of record as of Dec 10.

Since I own 35 shares of VFC, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by $1.40

VF’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share, reflecting a 12 percent increase over the previous quarter's dividend. This dividend will be payable on December 20, 2019, to shareholders of record on December 10, 2019.

VFC declares dividend

VFC management announced a quarterly dividend of 43 cents per share, which is payable Sep 20, 2019, to its shareholders of record as of Sep 10. This is decrease from previous quarter dividend but that is due to Kontoor Brands spin-off, so I do not count this as a dividend decrease

VF Corporation Completes Separation of Kontoor Brands, Inc.

GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- VF Corporation (NYSE:VFC), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories, announced today that it has completed the previously announced separation of VF’s Jeanswear organization into an independent, publicly traded company. The new company, named Kontoor Brands, Inc., will include the Wrangler®Lee® and Rock & Republic® brands, and the VF OutletTM business. The separation was achieved through the distribution to VF’s shareholders of one share of Kontoor Brands common stock for every seven shares of VF stock held at the close of business on the record date of May 10, 2019.
Kontoor Brands common stock will begin regular-way trading today on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “KTB.”

VF Corporation Approves Separation of Kontoor Brands, Inc.

GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the previously announced separation of VF’s Jeanswear organization into an independent, publicly traded company. The new company, named Kontoor Brands, Inc., will include the Wrangler®Lee® and Rock & Republic® brands, and the VF OutletTM business.

The separation will be achieved through the distribution of 100 percent of the shares of Kontoor Brands to holders of VF common stock. VF shareholders entitled to receive the distribution will receive a book-entry account statement or a credit to their brokerage account reflecting their ownership of Kontoor Brands common stock.

The distribution of Kontoor Brands’ shares is expected to be completed after the market close on May 22, 2019, with VF shareholders receiving one share of Kontoor Brands common stock for every seven shares of VF common stock held at the close of business on the record date of May 10, 2019. Fractional shares of Kontoor Brands common stock will not be distributed. Any fractional share of Kontoor Brands common stock otherwise issuable to a VF shareholder will be sold in the open market on such shareholder’s behalf, and such shareholder will receive a cash payment for the fractional share based on its pro rata portion of the net cash proceeds from all sales of fractional shares.

Following the distribution of Kontoor Brands’ common stock on May 22, 2019, Kontoor Brands will be an independent, publicly traded company. Kontoor Brands has received approval for the listing of its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KTB.”

V.F Corp. announces the name of the new company to be founded in separation, Kontoor Brands Inc

GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories, today announced that Kontoor Brands, Inc. will be the name of the independent, publicly traded company that will result from its previously announced separation of VF’s Jeanswear organization.
The separation is expected to be completed in the first half of 2019, subject to final approval by VF’s Board of Directors, customary regulatory approvals, and tax and legal considerations. The new company will comprise the Wrangler®, Lee® and Rock & Republic® brands, and the VF Outlet business.

VFC reported Q3 results and raised quarterly dividend rate
by 10 percent to $0.46 per share. Since I own 35 shares of VFC, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by $5.60

Started new position in porfolio. Purchased 35 shares of VF Corporation (NYSE:VCF).

V.F. Corporation (VF), incorporated in December 4, 1899, is engaged in the design, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and related products. The Company has a portfolio of approximately 30 brands across a spectrum of activities and lifestyles.

VFC is a dividend champion and it
pays dividend quarterly with 3-6-9-12 schedule and my starting yield on cost is 3.31%
