 Sales:

• Panostaja Oyj (PNA1V.HE) did not pay dividends this year so I decided to sell my position
• Medifast Inc (NYSE:MED) stopped paying dividends and I stopped owning this stock
• Telecom Argentina (NYSE:TEO) from pelisalkku was sold off 
• Algonquin Power and Utils (TSE:AQN) cut dividends again and I decided to get rid of this one to get some tax deductions

 Sales:

• Triton International (TRTN) was bought and delisted. This was my most succesful investment so far with almost 400% profit
• Orchid Island (ORC) started another dividend cut round so I sold all my shares for good.
• Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) was sold away as I needed some tax deductions for TRTN profits.
• I did sell & purchase back few days later round with Chimera Investment Corp (CIM) and VF Corp (VFC) in order to get more tax deductions for TRTN profits.

• Nordea announced a dividend cut of 41.2%
