Orchid Island cuts dividend again

Orchid Island Capital (NYSE:ORC) declares $0.045/share monthly dividend, -18.2% decrease from prior dividend of $0.055. Second decrease this year, not looking good now. It same the route as few years ago when I jumped off this ship.
