The Company's Board of Trustees declared its monthly cash dividend to
common shareholders of $0.275 per share payable April 18, 2022 to
shareholders of record as of March 31, 2022. This dividend represents an
annualized dividend of $3.30 per common share, an increase of 10% over
the prior year's annualized dividend (based upon the monthly dividend at
the end of the prior year after resumption of dividends).
