Dividend decrease : AT & T

T&T (NYSE:T) declares $0.2775/share quarterly dividend. That comes in line with company's already declared annual dividend of $1.11 per share expected post-close of the pending WarnerMedia spin-off transaction. 

On dividend yield, AT&T comments that it will "remain among the best dividend-yielding stocks in the United States and in the Fortune 500."

Payable May 2; for shareholders of record April 14; ex-div April 13.

In addition the company announces stock dividend for record of Apr. 5: AT&T said this stock dividend is in connection with the previously announced transaction to combine AT&T’s WarnerMedia business with Discovery (NASDAQ:DISCA). On the closing date of the transaction, anticipated to be in April, AT&T shareholders will receive, on a tax-free basis, an estimated 0.24 shares of stock in Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) for each share of AT&T common stock

 This is a decrease in dividend but hard to say how big a decrease at the moment until I get WDB shares and get more information on what is the coming dividend distribution for the WDB.

Orchid Island cuts dividend again

Orchid Island Capital (NYSE:ORC) declares $0.045/share monthly dividend, -18.2% decrease from prior dividend of $0.055. Second decrease this year, not looking good now. It same the route as few years ago when I jumped off this ship.

Dividend increase #20 of 2022 : Realty Income Corporation

Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.247 per share from $0.2465 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2022, to stockholders of record as of April 1, 2022. 

This is the 115^th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for April's dividend is March 31, 2022. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.964 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.958 per share.

 

Dividend increase #19 of 2022 : W.P. Carey

W. P. Carey Inc. (W. P. Carey, NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.057 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.23 per share. The dividend is payable on April 14, 2022 to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2022.

 

Dividend increase #18 of 2022 : Canadian Natural Resources

Vermillion Energy finally reinstates dividend, changing to quarterly payment from monthly payments.

Dividend increase #16 of 2022 : EPR Properties

The Company's Board of Trustees declared its monthly cash dividend to common shareholders of $0.275 per share payable April 18, 2022 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2022. This dividend represents an annualized dividend of $3.30 per common share, an increase of 10% over the prior year's annualized dividend (based upon the monthly dividend at the end of the prior year after resumption of dividends).

Dividend increase #15 of 2022 : Fortum Oyj

The Board of Directors of Fortum (FUM1V.HE) proposes to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of EUR 1.14 per share be paid for the year 2021.

Based on the number of registered shares as at 2 March 2022, the total amount of dividend would be EUR 1,012,655,690.The Board of Directors proposes that the remaining part of the distributable funds be retained in the shareholders' equity. Dividend shall be paid to shareholders who on the record date of the dividend payment 30 March 2022 are recorded in the company's shareholders' register held by Euroclear Finland Oy.
