Dividend decrease : AT & T
On dividend yield, AT&T comments that it will "remain among the best dividend-yielding stocks in the United States and in the Fortune 500."
Payable May 2; for shareholders of record April 14; ex-div April 13.
In addition the company announces stock dividend for record of Apr. 5: AT&T said this stock dividend is in connection with the previously announced transaction to combine AT&T’s WarnerMedia business with Discovery (NASDAQ:DISCA). On the closing date of the transaction, anticipated to be in April, AT&T shareholders will receive, on a tax-free basis, an estimated 0.24 shares of stock in Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) for each share of AT&T common stock
This is a decrease in dividend but hard to say how big a decrease at the moment until I get WDB shares and get more information on what is the coming dividend distribution for the WDB.

Dividend increase #20 of 2022 : Realty Income Corporation
This is the 115th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for April's dividend is March 31, 2022. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.964 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.958 per share.

W. P. Carey Inc. (W. P. Carey, NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.057 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.23 per share. The dividend is payable on April 14, 2022 to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2022.
