VFC management announced a quarterly dividend of 43 cents per
share, which is payable Sep 20, 2019, to its shareholders of record as
of Sep 10. This is decrease from previous quarter dividend but that is due to Kontoor Brands spin-off, so I do not count this as a dividend decreaseMonday, August 5, 2019
