Kontoor Brands, Inc. (KTB)
announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular
quarterly cash dividend of $0.56 per share of its common stock. The cash
dividend will be payable on September 20, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 10, 2019.
