Capital, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE:ORC) announced today that the Board
of Directors declared a monthly cash dividend for the month of February
2016. The dividend of $0.14 per share will be paid February 29, 2016, to
holders of record on February 24, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of
