Orava Asuntorahastot (OREIT.HE) reported Q4 results and dividend information for year 2016. Board is proposing quarterly dividend of 0.27 EUR per share for year 2016. Last year dividend per share was 0.30 EUR. A small dividend cut, I was expecting a bigger cut so I'm pretty happy with this. My position in OREIT has decreased to so small that this cut does deduct my 12 month forward dividends only by 2.64EURThursday, February 18, 2016
