UPM is going to execute a demerge where Plywood segment will be demerged into a new company Wisa Group Oyj. Demerge is going to happen 31.10 and Wisa Group Oyj shares will be listed in NSQ Helsinki. Demerge will happen in 1:1 ratio so I will receive 25 shares of Wisa Group Oyj when demerge is completed
