Arbor Realty Trust Inc (NYSE:ABR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The dividend is payable on May 30, 2025 to common stockholders of record on May 16, 2025.
This is 30% dividend cut due to earnings lagging that was reported already earlier.
