The board of directors of Lowe's Companies, Inc. (NYSE: LOW) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of one dollar and 20 cents ($1.20) per share, payable Aug. 6, 2025, to shareholders of record as of July 23, 2025.  This represents a 4% increase over the company's previous dividend of one dollar and 15 cents ($1.15) per share

Dividend increase #30 of 2025 : Royal Bank of Canada

Royal Bank of Canada (TSE: RY) announced today that its board of directors has declared an increase to its quarterly common share dividend of six cents, or four per cent, to $1.54 per share, payable on or after August 22, 2025, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on July 24, 2025.

Dividend increase #29 of 2025 : National Bank of Canada

National Bank of Canada’s (TSX: NA) Board of Directors announces an increase of 4 cents per common share to $1.18 per common share for the quarter ending July 31, 2025. This dividend is payable on August 1, 2025, to common shareholders of record on June 30, 2025.

Dividend increase #28 of 2025 : Bank of Montreal

Bank of Montreal(TSE:BMO) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $1.63 per share on paid-up common shares of Bank of Montreal for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, a 4 cent, or 3 per cent, increase from the prior quarter, up 5 per cent from the prior year.

The dividend on the common shares is payable on August 26, 2025, to shareholders of record on July 30, 2025.  The dividends on preferred shares are payable on August 25, 2025, to shareholders of record on July 30, 2025. 

Dividend increase #27 of 2025 : Bank of Nova Scotia

Bank of Nova Scotia (TSE:BNS) announced today an increase to the quarterly dividend by 4 cents to $1.10 on the outstanding shares of the Bank. This dividend is payable on July 29, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 2

Bank of Nova Scotia did not increase dividend last year and their streak was cut, but good to see that now they are back to dividend growth

Dividend increase #26 of 2025 : Flowers Foods Inc.

Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE:FLO) announced a quarterly dividend of $0.2475 per share, which is a 3.1% increase from the previous dividend. 

The latest dividend marks the 91st straight quarterly payout by the company, and it also represents the 23rd consecutive year of annual dividend increases, which highlights a solid and consistent dividend track record.

Telus Corporation (TSE:T) declares CAD 0.4163/share quarterly dividend. 

This is a  3.5% increase from prior dividend of CAD 0.4023

Dividend is payable on July 2 for shareholders of record June 10. ex-dividend date is  June 10.

Dividend increase #24 of 2025 : Pembina Pipeline Corporation

The board of directors of Pembina Pipeline Corporation (TSE:PPL) declared a common share cash dividend for the second quarter of 2025 of CAD 0.71 per share, representing an increase of approximately three percent to be paid, subject to applicable law, on June 30, 2025, to shareholders of record on June 16, 2025.

Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN)  is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors declared regular monthly cash dividends of $0.255 per share for each of July, August and September 2025. These monthly dividends, which will be payable pursuant to the table below, total $0.765 per share for the third quarter of 2025 and represent a 2.0% increase from the regular monthly dividends declared for the second quarter of 2025 and a 4.1% increase from the regular monthly dividends paid in the third quarter of 2024. Dividend decrease #4 of 2025 : Arbor Realty Trust

Arbor Realty Trust Inc (NYSE:ABR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The dividend is payable on May 30, 2025 to common stockholders of record on May 16, 2025.
