Dividend increase #13 of 2024 : W. P. Carey Inc.

W. P. Carey Inc. (W. P. Carey, NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.865 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $3.46 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2024 to stockholders of record as of March 28, 2024.

Very nice that they continue same trend as before NLOP split. Beginning of a new streak.
