My portfolio has reached fifth milestone which was 150k€ finally. Took a while to get here due to stock market being in bearish mode due to increased inflation and interes rates and everything else that has happened.

Dividend increase #14 of 2024 : Trinity Capital Inc.

Trinity Capital Inc. (Nasdaq: TRIN) ("Trinity Capital" or the "Company"), a leading provider of diversified financial solutions to growth stage companies, today announced that on March 14, 2024, its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.51 per share with respect to the quarter ending March 31, 2024. This dividend represents an increase of 2.0% over the regular dividend declared in the prior quarter.

 

 

Dividend increase #13 of 2024 : W. P. Carey Inc.

W. P. Carey Inc. (W. P. Carey, NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.865 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $3.46 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2024 to stockholders of record as of March 28, 2024.

Very nice that they continue same trend as before NLOP split. Beginning of a new streak. 

Dividend increase #12 of 2024 : Realty Income Corp.

Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced it has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2570 per share from $0.2565 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2024, to stockholders of record as of April 1, 2024. This is the 124^th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for April's dividend is March 29, 2024. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $3.084 per share as compared to the prior annualized dividend amount of $3.078 per share.

Started new position in portfolio by purchasing 25 shares of National Bank of Canada (TSE:NA) at CAD 109.74 per share. National Bank of Canada is an addition to my B stocks, paying dividends at the beginning of Feb-May-Aug-Nov.

Added 35 shares of Aspo Oyj (HEL:ASPO) at 5.87€ per share. I now hold 97 shares of Aspo Oyj

Dividend increase #11 of 2024 : EPR Properties

EPR Properties (NYSE:EPR) Board of Trustees declared its monthly cash dividend to common shareholders of $0.285 per share payable April 15, 2024 to shareholders of record as of March 28, 2024. This dividend represents an annualized dividend of $3.42 per common share, an increase of 3.6% over the prior year's annualized dividend (based upon the monthly dividend at the end of the prior year). 

 

Dividend increase #10 of 2024 : Canadian Natural Resources

Canadian Natural Resources (NYSE:CNQ) declares CAD 1.05/share quarterly dividend, 5% increase from prior dividend of CAD 1.00. Dividend is payable on April 5 for shareholders of record on March 15. Ex-dividend date is March 14.
