Trinity Capital Inc (TRIN) a leading provider of

announced that on
September 15, 2022, its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of
$0.60 per share with respect to the quarter ending
September 30, 2022, consisting of a regular quarterly dividend of
$0.45 per share and a supplemental cash dividend of
$0.15 per share. This dividend represents an increase of 5.3% over the dividend declared in the prior quarter.
