Trinity Capital Inc. (Nasdaq: TRIN) ("Trinity Capital" or the "Company"), a leading provider of diversified financial solutions to growth stage companies, today announced that on December 15, 2022, its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.61 per share with respect to the quarter ending December 31, 2022, consisting of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.46 per share and a supplemental cash dividend of $0.15 per share. This dividend represents an increase of 2.2% over the dividend declared in the prior quarter.

Dividend increase #63 of 2022 : Realty Income Corporation

Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2485 per share from $0.248 per share. The dividend is payable on January 13, 2023, to stockholders of record as of January 3, 2023. This is the 118^th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for January's dividend is December 30, 2022. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.982 per share as compared to the prior annualized dividend amount of $2.976 per share.

 

Dividend increase #62 of 2022 : Amgen Inc.

Amgen (NASDAQ:AMGN) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a $2.13 per share dividend for the first quarter of 2023. The dividend will be paid on March 8, 2023, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 15, 2023. This represents a 10% increase from that paid in each of the previous four quarters.

Dividend increase #61 of 2022 : W.P. Carey Inc.

W. P. Carey Inc. (W. P. Carey, NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.065 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.26 per share. 

The dividend is payable on January 13, 2023 to stockholders of record as of December 30, 2022.

Royal Bank of Canada (the "Bank") (TSX: RY) (NYSE: RY) announced today that its board of directors has declared an increase to its quarterly common share dividend of four cents or three per cent, to $1.32 per share, payable on and after February 24, 2023, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on January 26, 2023.

The declared dividend represents a 3.2% increase from the prior quarterly rate and the twenty-eighth consecutive year in which the Company has increased its common share dividend.

Sold my position in Alliance Resource Partners L.P. (NSQ:ARLP) at $22.46 per share due to U.S. Legislation change for Limited Partnership. ARLP position was started in 2015, so I had owned these shares for quite a long time already. Dividend was increasing rapidly this year, so a little pity that I had to sell these now.

 

Recent sale : Lazard Ltd.

Sold out all my shares in Lazard Lts. (NYSE:LAZ) at $36.88 per share. This sale was due to U.S. Legislation change for Limited Partnerships.

New US legislation regarding Publicly Traded Partnerships.

New legislation regarding Publicly Traded Partnership stocks is coming in 1.1.2023. It makes owning these kind of stocks more complicated for non-US residents and due to that Finnish banks etc. will stop selling these stocks. This will affect my portfolio as I own few of these

• Crestwood Equity Partners (CEQP)
• Enterprise Products Partners LP (EPD)
• Lazard Ltd. (LAZ)

I need to sell my position in these stocks by 31.12.2022. Well, time to look into some replacement investments.
