Dividend increase #45 of 2021 : W.P. Carey Inc.

W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.055 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.22 per share. The dividend is payable on January 14, 2022 to stockholders of record as of December 31, 2021. This is a 0.29% increase over the dividend for previous quarter.

WPC dividend increases are small but it's good that they come every quarter.
