Dividend increase #17 of 2021 : 111th Common Stock Monthly Dividend Increase Declared By Realty Income
This is the 111th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for July's dividend is June 30, 2021. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.826 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.82 per share.

Today my portfolio reached third milestone which was 100k€

- profit 4,80%
COVID-19 virus affected my portfolio during 2020 quite a lot, I was down -35k€ at one point, but did not sell anything which turned out to be a good choice after all. Portfolio started to recover in Q4 of last year and beginning of this year and now I am back at 4.80% profit already.
Someone has once said that after you reach this milestone, it gets easier onwards. Let's see if that is true...

National Health Investors cuts dividend by ~18% to $0.9
National Health Investors (NYSE:NHI) declares $0.90/share quarterly dividend, 
-18.4% decrease from prior dividend of $1.10. Forward yield 5.35% Payable Aug. 6; for shareholders of record June 30; ex-div June 29.
The company says "the reduction in the dividend will conserve approximately $28M in 2021 based on the current share count."
This came as bit of a suprise, COVID is still not over....

Pembina Pipeline to acquire Inter Pipeline
CALGARY, AB, June 1, 2021 /CNW/ - Pembina Pipeline Corporation (TSX: PPL) (NYSE: PBA) ("Pembina") and Inter Pipeline Ltd. (TSX: IPL) ("Inter Pipeline") announced today that they have entered into an arrangement agreement for Pembina to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Inter Pipeline in a share-for-share transaction (the "Transaction"), which values Inter Pipeline common shares at approximately $8.3 billion, or $19.45 per share, based on the closing price of Pembina's common shares on May 31, 2021.
Pembina's monthly dividend to increase by $0.01 per share, or 4.8 percent, to $0.22
per share following closing of the Transaction. Following the
successful commissioning and in-service of HPC, currently expected in
2022, incremental cash flow from the project is expected to support a
further increase to the monthly dividend of an additional $0.01 per share, to $0.23 per share.
