National Health Investors increases dividend

 National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE:NHI) announced today that it will increase its quarterly dividend by 5.0% to $1.1025 per common share. Dividends are payable on May 8, 2020 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2020.

This marks the 11^th straight year that NHI has increased its quarterly dividend by 5% or more while maintaining a prudent payout ratio at or below 80% of normalized FFO in each of the last seven years.
