The board of directors of Emerson (EMR)
today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of fifty cents
($0.50) per share of common stock payable December 10, 2019 to
stockholders of record November 15, 2019. This is a $0.01 increase over the previous dividend.
In
fiscal 2019, Emerson completed 63 consecutive years of increased
dividends per share and announced a 4-cent increase for 2020.
