of Directors (the "Board") declared a monthly cash dividend for the
month of May 2018. The dividend of $0.09 per share will be paid June 8,
2018 to holders of record on May 31, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of
May 30, 2018. The Company plans on announcing its next dividend after
