Technopolis Board proposes dividend 0.09€ + return of capital 0.08€, which makes it a total of 0.17€ distribution. Last year Technopolis paid 0.12€ in dividends. So this is a nice 41.7% increase.Since I own 700 shares of Technopolis, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by 35€
