Started new position in portfolio with a purchase of 12 shares of EPR Properties (NYSE:EPR). EPR Properties pays dividend monthly and my starting yield of cost is approx 7.34%

Bank of Nova Scotia dividend increase

Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) increases dividend from CAD $0.79 to CAD $0.82 per share. This is a 3.8% increase over the previous quarter dividend.

Since I own 29 shares of BNS this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by CAD $3.48

New purchase : Nordea

Added 20 shares of Nordea at 9.44€ per share. I now hold 230 shares of Nordea

Royal Bank of Canada increases dividend

Today the Board of Directors of Royal Bank of Canada announced a quarterly dividend increase of from CA$ 0.91 to CA$ 0.94 per share that’s payable May 24, 2018 to holders of record April 25, 2018. This represents a 8.05 % increase over the first quarter 2017 dividend of CA$ 0.87 per share and a 3.30 % increase over for the third quarter 2017 of CA$ 0.91 per share. With current price CA$ 102.16 (yesterday's close), this raise brings their dividend yield to 3.68 %

Main Street dividend for Q2 / 2018

ital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN) ("Main Street") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors declared regular monthly cash dividends of $0.19 per share for each of April, May and June 2018. These monthly dividends, which will be payable pursuant to the table below, total $0.57 per share for the second quarter of 2018, which is consistent with the regular monthly dividends declared for the first quarter of 2018 and represents a 2.7% increase from the regular monthly dividends paid for the second quarter of 2017. Since its October 2007 initial public offering, Main Street has periodically increased the amount of its regular monthly dividends paid per share, and has never reduced its regular monthly dividend amount per share. Including all dividends declared to date, Main Street will have paid $22.53 per share in cumulative cash dividends since its October 2007 initial public offering at $15.00 per share.

The Coca-Cola Company increases dividend

The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO) declares $0.39/share quarterly dividend, this is 5.4% increase from prior dividend of $0.37. Payable April 2; for shareholders of record March 15; ex-div March 14.

Since I own 53 shares of KO, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by $4.24

Technopolis increases dividend

Technopolis Board proposes dividend 0.09€ + return of capital 0.08€, which makes it a total of 0.17€ distribution. Last year Technopolis paid 0.12€ in dividends. So this is a nice 41.7% increase.

Since I own 700 shares of Technopolis, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by 35€

Chimera dividend for Q1 / 2018

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Chimera announced the declaration of its first quarter cash dividend of $0.50 per common share. The dividend is payable April 30, 2018 to common stockholders of record on March 30, 2018. The ex-dividend date is March 29, 2018.

Board expects to maintain a $.050 dividend on common stock for the remaining three quarters of 2018. No raises in sight but it is good news that dividend should be on the same level for the whole year.
 

Marine Harvest decreases dividend for Q4

The Board has resolved a quarterly dividend of NOK 2.60 per share. The dividend will be distributed as ordinary dividend, and not as repayment of paid-in capital.

Dividend for previous quarter was NOK 3.40

Stora Enso dividend increase

Stora Enso board proposes dividend 0.41€ per share. This is a 10.81% increase over the last year dividend (0.37€).

Since I own 160 shares of Stora Enso, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by 6.40€
