Company’s Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.65
per share, increasing the quarterly common dividend by $0.01 per share
over the previous quarter. The common stock dividend is payable

close of business on Tuesday, October 31, 2017.Since I own 73 shares of OHI, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by $2.92
