Omega Announces Nineteenth Consecutive Increase in Its Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

HUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE:OHI) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.63 per share, increasing the quarterly common dividend by $0.01 per share over the previous quarter. The common stock dividend is payable Monday, May 15, 2017 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Monday, May 1, 2017.

Since I own 32 shares of OHI, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by $1.28
