New purchase : Sanoma Oyj

Started new position in portfolio with Sanoma Oyj (SAA1V.HE). 

Sanoma Oyj is a Finland-based company active in the media and publishing industry. Its operating structure is divided into two segments: Consumer Media and Learning. Consumer Media segment includes magazine, television, radio and online businesses in around 10 European countries and comprises four main business units: Sanoma Media Netherlands, Sanoma Media Finland, Sanoma Media Belgium and Sanoma Media Russia & Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). It also includes the News unit, which is principally responsible for newspaper publishing and online media. The Learning segment includes the Sanoma Learning business unit and provides learning materials and solutions both in print and digital format. It operates, among others, through Humo NV, a publisher of magazines.

EPR Properties increases dividend

EPR Properties boosts monthly cash dividend to 38.25 cents per share vs. prior dividend of 37.5 cents; new dividend is payable April 15, 2020 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2020

The Coca-Cola Company increases dividend

The Board of Directors of The Coca-Cola Company announced a quarterly dividend increase from $ 0.40 to $ 0.41 per share that’s payable April 1, 2020 to holders of record March 16, 2020. This represents a 2.50% increase to the last quarterly dividend.

Since I own 53 shares of KO, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by $2.12

Royal Bank of Canada increases dividend

Royal Bank of Canada (NYSE:RY) declared CAD 1.08 per share quarterly dividend. This is a 2.9% increase from prior dividend CAD 1.05. Since I own  26 shares of RY, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by CAD $3.12

New purchase : Fortum Oyj

Re-invested upcoming Fortum dividends back into Fortum by adding 6 shares of Fortum at 21.86€ per share. I now hold 118 shares of Fortum

National Health Investors increases dividend

 National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE:NHI) announced today that it will increase its quarterly dividend by 5.0% to $1.1025 per common share. Dividends are payable on May 8, 2020 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2020.

This marks the 11th straight year that NHI has increased its quarterly dividend by 5% or more while maintaining a prudent payout ratio at or below 80% of normalized FFO in each of the last seven years.

New purchase : Telia Company

Added 25 shares of Telia Company (TELIA) at 3.966€ per share. I now hold 550 shares of Telia Company.
