W.P. Carey Inc. increases dividend

NEW YORK, March 12, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.04 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.16 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2020 to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2020.

Vermilion decreases dividend

Vermilion's board of directors has approved a 50% reduction in our monthly dividend to $0.115 per share in response to weakness in commodity prices and reduced global economic prospects following the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The revised dividend will be effective for the March dividend payable on April 15, 2020.

Well, hard to say that this wasn't expected. Yield had climbed very high and all the information directed to this cut.

Added 20 shares of Ares Capital Corporation (NYSE:ARCC) at $17.95 per share. I now hold 90 shares of ARCC

Sievi Capital increases dividend

Sievi Capital increases dividend to 0.04€ per share. Last year Sievi Capital paid 0.03€ per share dividend. Increase is 33.3%. It would have been nice to own more shares, but since I own only 150 shares, this change will not affect much on my 12 month forward dividends.
