SAN DIEGO, Oct. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared the 568^th consecutive common stock monthly dividend. The dividend amount of $0.212 per share, representing an annualized amount of $2.544 per share, is payable on November 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of November 1, 2017. The ex-dividend date for November's dividend is October 31, 2017.

The Company declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.19 per common share per month for the months of October, November and December 2017, payable on October 31, November 30 and December 29, 2017, respectively, to stockholders of record on October 23, November 22 and December 21, 2017, respectively.

8point3 Energy Partners dividend increase

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- 8point3 Energy Partners LP (NASDAQ: CAFD) announces that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a cash distribution for its Class A shares of $0.2721 per share for the third quarter of 2017.  This represents an increase of approximately 30 percent over the minimum quarterly distribution and an increase of 3.0 percent over the previous quarter's distribution of $0.2642 per share.  The third quarter distribution will be paid on October 13, 2017 to shareholders of record as of October 3, 2017.

Since I own 73 of CAFD, this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by $2.22
