Canadian Natural Resources (TSE:CNQ) declares CAD 0.625/share quarterly dividend, 6.4% increase from prior dividend of CAD 0.5875. Dividend is payable on April 7th for shareholders of record on March 20th.  Ex-dividend date is on March 20.
