Aspo Oyj (HEL:ASPO) board proposes dividend of 0.25€ per share from year 2025. Dividend on previous year was 0.19€ per share so this is a nice increase.

Dividend decrease #2 of 2026 : Capman Oyj

The Board of Directors of Capman Oyj (HEL:CAPMAN) expects the dividend distribution for 2025 to be EUR 0.12 per share, of which EUR 0.06 per share is proposed to be paid on 8 April 2026 and EUR 0.06 per share following a Board resolution in September. This is a small decrease to dividend from previous year which was EUR 0.07 per share.

Dividend increase #12 of 2026 : Huhtamäki Oyj

The Board of Directors proposes to the AGM that an aggregate dividend of EUR 1.14 per share be paid based on the balance sheet adopted for the financial period ended on December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors proposes that the dividend would be paid in two instalments.

The first dividend instalment, EUR 0.57 per share, is proposed to be paid to shareholders registered in the Company’s register of shareholders maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the record date for the first dividend instalment May 4, 2026. The Board of Directors proposes that the payment date for the first dividend instalment would be May 11, 2026.

The second dividend instalment, EUR 0.57 per share, is proposed to be paid to shareholders registered in the Company’s register of shareholders maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the record date for the second dividend instalment October 1, 2026. The Board of Directors proposes that the payment date for the second dividend instalment would be October 8, 2026.

Dividend increase #11 of 2026 : Community Healthcare Trust Inc.

Community Healthcare Trust Inc. (NYSE:CHCT) declares $0.4775/share quarterly dividend, this is a 0.5% increase from prior dividend of $0.4750. Forward yield is at 10.9%. Dividend is payable onMarch 4th for shareholders of record on February 23rd. Ex-dividend date is February 23.

Dividend increase #10 of 2026 : Sanoma Oyj

The Board of Directors of Sanoma Oyj (HEL:SANOMA) proposes to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of EUR 0.42 per share shall be paid from the distributable earnings of the Parent Company.

• The dividend shall be paid in three equal instalments. The first instalment of EUR 0.14 per share shall be paid to a shareholder who is registered in the shareholder register of the Company maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the dividend record date 11 May 2026. The payment date proposed by the Board of Directors for this instalment is 19 May 2026.
• The second instalment of EUR 0.14 per share shall be paid in September 2026. The second instalment shall be paid to a shareholder who is registered in the shareholder register of the Company maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the dividend record date. The Board of Directors proposes that the dividend record date for this instalment is 15 September 2026 and the payment date 22 September 2026.
• The third instalment of EUR 0.14 per share shall be paid in November 2026. The third instalment shall be paid to a shareholder who is registered in the shareholder register of the Company maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the dividend record date. The Board of Directors proposes that the dividend record date for this instalment is 3 November 2026 and the payment date is 10 November 2026.
  

Dividend increase #9 of 2026 : Mandatum Oyj

Mandatum Oyj (HEL:MANTA) board proposes dividend of 0.85€ per share from year 2025. Previous year dividend was 0.66€ per share, so this proposal is a huge 28.8% increase. Very nice surprise.

Dividend increase #8 of 2026 : Chimera Investment

Chimera Investment (NYSE:CIM) declares $0.45/share quarterly dividend, 21.6% increase from prior dividend of $0.37. Forward yield is at 14.63%. Dividend is payable on April 30th for shareholders of record on March 31st. Ex-dividend date is on March 31st. This was quite a surprise hike and big one, nice.

Dividend increase #7 of 2026 : T. Rowe & Price Group Inc.

T. Rowe & Price Group Inc. (NYSE:TROW) declares $1.30/share quarterly dividend, 2.4% increase from prior dividend of $1.27. Forward yield is 5.42%. Dividend is payable on March 30th for for shareholders of record on March 16th. Ex-dividend date is March 16.

Telia Company (HEL:TELIA) board proposes dividend of 2.05 SEK per share from year 2025. Dividend has been staying at 2.00 SEK for multiple year now so finally a small increase

Dividend decrease #1 of 2026 : Fortum Oyj

Fortum Oyj (HEL:FUM1V) board proposes dividend of 0.74€ per share from year 2025. This is a decrease as the base dividend from previous year was 0.90€. And in addition we also got extra dividend last year. Disappointment.

Dividend increase #4 of 2026 : DWS Group Gmbh & Co

DWS Group Gmbh & Co (ETR:DWS) board proposes dividend of 3.00€ per share from year 2025. Previous year base dividend was 2.20€ per share so this is a nice increase

Dividend increase #3 of 2026 : Verizon Communications

Verizon Communications (VZ) (NYSE:VZ) declared $0.7075/share quarterly dividend, 2.5% increase from prior dividend of $0.6900. Forward yield 7.11%

Dividend is payable on May 1st for shareholders of record on April 10th. Ex-dividend date is on April 10. This was a surprise increase, Verizon usually increases later in the year.

New Purchase : NNN Reit Inc.

Added 24 shares of NNN Reit Inc. (NYSE:NNN) at $42.15 per share. I now hold 98 shares of NNN Reit Inc.

Dividend increase #2 of 2026 : Nordea Bank

Nordea's Board of Directors has proposed a dividend of EUR 0.96 per share for 2025, compared with EUR 0.94 per share for 2024. 

Additionally, the Board has proposed the distribution of a mid-year dividend in 2026, corresponding to approximately 50% of the net profit for the first half of 2026. Nordea is moving into bi-annual dividend payments and a nice way to do it so that we are getting another dividend already this year.

New purchase : Community Healthcare Trust Inc.

Started new position in portfolio by purchasing 125 shares of Community Healthcare Trust Inc. (NYSE:CHCT) at $16.97 per share. Community Healthcare Trust pays dividend quarterly and my starting yield of cost is 11.19%

Dividend increase #1 of 2026 : Canadian Utilities

Canadian Utilities Limited (TSE:CU) declares CAD 0.4623/share quarterly dividend. Dividend is payable on March 1st for shareholders of record on February 5th0. Ex-dividend date is on Februaru 5th. This is a 1% increase over the dividend of previous quarter. Small change is better than no change.

Nordea plans to change to bi-annual dividend payments

Nordea plans to change to bi-annual dividend payments during 2026. Plan is to pay 60-70% of the profit in dividends twice a year. First payment installment would be after half year status in end of July or early August. Second payment installment would be after annual general meeting, i.e. in March or April.

Lets see how this affects the dividend payment for this year.
