Main Street Capital to pay supplemental dividend in March

Main Street Capital declared a supplemental cash dividend of $0.175 per share payable in March 2023. This supplemental cash dividend, which will be payable as set forth in the table below, will be paid out of Main Street's undistributed taxable income (taxable income in excess of dividends paid) as of December 31, 2022.

Dividend increase #12 of 2023 : The Coca-Cola Company

The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO) declares $0.46/share quarterly dividend, 4.5% increase from prior dividend of $0.44.

• Forward yield 3.09%
• Payable April 3; for shareholders of record March 17; ex-div March 16.

 

Dividend increase #11 of 2023 : SFL Corporation

 SFL Corporation raises quarterly dividend to $0.24 per share. This is a $0.01 increase over the dividend from the previous quarter.

Dividend increase #10 of 2023 : Realty Income Corp.

 Realty Income raises monthly dividend by 2.4% to $0.2545/share

• Realty Income (NYSE:O) declares $0.2545/share monthly dividend, 2.4% increase from prior dividend of $0.2485.

• Forward yield 4.65%

• Payable March 15; for shareholders of record March 1; ex-div Feb. 28.

  
   

Pembina Pipeline to move to quarterly dividend payments

 Subject to approval of future common share dividends by the Board of Directors, Pembina intends to move from its current practice of paying monthly dividends to a quarterly common share dividend payment, following the monthly December 2022 dividend. Quarterly dividend payments are expected to be made on the last business day of March, June, September and December to shareholders of record on the 15^th day of the corresponding month, if, as and when declared by the Board of Directors. Should the record date fall on a weekend or on a statutory holiday, the record date will be the next succeeding business day following the weekend or statutory holiday. Subject to approval by the Board of Directors, the first quarterly dividend is expected to be paid in March 2023.

 

Dividend cut #5 of 2023 : Sanoma Oyj

Sanoma Oyj board proposes dividend of 0.37€ per share from year 2022. This was unexpected decrease from the previous year 0.54€ per share. Big disappointment on Sanoma.

Dividend increase #9 of 2023: Sampo Group

Sampo Group board proposes dividend of 2.60€ per share from year 2022. This is a nice increase of the base dividend from previous year which was 2.10€. In previous year Sampo Group paid extra dividend which brought the total amount higher but technically this is a increase as the base dividend growa 23.81%

 

Dividend increase #8 of 2023 : Huhtamäki Oyj

Huhtamäki Oyj board proposes dividend of 1.00€ from year 2022. Dividend will be paid in two installments as previously. This is a nice 6.38% increase over the dividend from previous year

I currently hold 55 shares of Huhtamäki Oyj (HEL:HUH1V), so this change will increase my 12 month forward dividends by 3.3€. I should increase this position even more.

Dividend cut #4 of 2023 : V.F. Corp

V.F.Corp (NYSE:VFC) declared a $0.30 per share quarterly dividend which is a -41.2% decrease of the dividend of previous quarter. More shock news coming in, this was not good.

 

Dividend increase #7 of 2023 : CapMan Oyj

The Board of Directors proposes to the General Meeting that a dividend and equity repayment in the total a
mount of EUR 0.17 per share would be paid for the financial period that ended on 31 December 2022 based on the balance sheet adopted for 2022. The dividend and equity repayment would consist of a dividend portion that would equal EUR 0.08 per share and an equity repayment portion that would equal EUR 0.09 per share. The equity repayment would be made from the Company's invested unrestricted equity fund.

The dividend and equity repayment would be paid in two instalments.

The first instalment would be EUR 0.09 per share and would consist of a dividend portion that would equal EUR 0.04 per share and an equity repayment portion that would equal EUR 0.05 per share. The first instalment would be paid to a shareholder who on the record date of the payment, 17 March 2023 is registered as a shareholder in the shareholders' register of the Company maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy. The first instalment would be paid on 24 March 2023.

The second instalment would be EUR 0.08 per share and would consist of a dividend portion that would equal EUR 0.04 per share and an equity repayment portion that would equal EUR 0.04 per share. The second instalment would be paid in September 2023 to a shareholder who on the record date of the payment is registered as a shareholder in the shareholders' register of the Company maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy. The Board of Directors would resolve on the payment separately and would confirm the record and payment dates for the second instalment in its meeting scheduled for 13 September 2023. The preliminary record date for the second instalment would be 15 September 2023 and the preliminary payment date 22 September 2023.

New purchase : Gladstone Capital Corporation

Started new position in porfolio with a purchase of 73 shares of Gladstone Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:GLAD). Gladstone Capital Corporation pays dividend monthly and my starting yield of cost is around 8.46%

New purchase : Amgen Inc.

Added 3 shares of Amgen Inc (NYSE:AMGN) at $239.49 per share. I now hold 11 shares of AMGN. Little by little increasing this position.

 

Dividend increase #6 of 2023 : UPM Kymmene Oy

The Board of UPM Kymmene Oyj (UPM.HE) proposes dividend of 1.50€ per share from year 2022. This is a nice increase over the previous dividend and the first increase for UPM since I have added it to my portfolio.

Dividend increase #5 of 2023 : Nordea

Nordea board proposes dividend of 0.80€ per share from year 2022. This is a very nice increase over the dividend from previous year.
