Dividend increase #34 of 2022 : Lazard Ltd

Lazard Ltd (NYSE: LAZ) today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to increase the quarterly dividend on its outstanding Class A common stock by 6% to $0.50 per share. The dividend is payable on August 19, 2022, to stockholders of record on August 8, 2022.

 

Dividend increase #33 of 2022 : Ares Capital Corporation

Ares Capital Corporation ("Ares Capital") (NASDAQ: ARCC) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a third quarter dividend of $0.43 per share. The third quarter dividend is payable on September 30, 2022 to stockholders of record as of September 15, 2022. The Board of Directors previously declared on February 9, 2022 an additional dividend of $0.03 per share, subject to the satisfaction of certain Maryland law requirements, payable on September 30, 2022 to stockholders of record as of September 15, 2022.

Dividend increase #32 of 2022 : Alliance Resource Partners

Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: ARLP) today announced that the Board of Directors of ARLP’s general partner approved an increased cash distribution to its unitholders for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 (the "2022 Quarter").

ARLP unitholders will receive a cash distribution for the 2022 Quarter of $0.40 per unit (an annualized rate of $1.60 per unit), payable on August 12, 2022 to all unitholders of record as of the close of trading on August 5, 2022. The announced distribution represents a 300.0% increase over the cash distribution of $0.10 per unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 and a 14.3 % increase over the cash distribution of $0.35 per unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2022.

Dividend increase #31 of 2022 : Enterprise Products Partners

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) ("Enterprise") announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared the quarterly cash distribution paid to limited partners holding Enterprise common units with respect to the second quarter of 2022 of $0.475 per unit, or $1.90 per unit on an annualized basis.

The quarterly distribution will be paid Friday, August 12, 2022, to common unitholders of record as of the close of business Friday, July 29, 2022. This distribution represents a 5.6 percent increase over the distribution declared with regard to the second quarter of 2021.

This distribution increase is the partnership’s 74^th distribution increase since its initial public offering in 1998. This year will be the 24^th consecutive year of distribution growth.
