Owner of Sievi Capital will receive 0.4492 new company share for each share of Sievi Capital. Premium for Sievi Capital owners would be 42.1% on the price for the day when this merge was announced.
As I own 150 share of Sievi Capital, this would give me 67 shares of the new Boreo Company.

STORE Capital Corporation (NYSE: STOR), an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in Single Tenant Operational Real Estate, today announced that it has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.3850 per share for the third quarter ending September 30, 2021. On an annualized basis, this dividend of $1.54 per common share represents an increase of $0.10 per share over the previous annualized dividend. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2021 to STORE Capital stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2021.

The Board of Directors at Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) today declared a quarterly dividend of 64 cents per outstanding share, an increase of 1.25 cents per share from the previous quarter. The quarterly dividend is payable on November 1, 2021, to Verizon shareholders of record at the close of business on October 8, 2021.
This is the 15th consecutive year Verizon’s Board has approved a quarterly dividend increase.
Chairman and CEO Hans Vestberg said, “We continue to deliver value to our shareholders as we execute our multi-purpose network strategy and grow the top and bottom lines.”
