New position in portfolio started - Sievi Capital (SIEVI.HE).
Sievi Capital Oyj, formerly Scanfil Oyj, is a Finland-based holding company. Alliance Resource Partners decreases dividend
ARLP announced today that the Board of Directors of its general
partner has decreased the quarterly cash distribution to unitholders for
the 2019 Quarter to $0.40 per unit (an annualized rate of $1.60 per
unit), payable on February 14, 2020 to all unitholders of record as of
the close of trading on February 7, 2020. The announced distribution
compares to quarterly unitholder distributions of $0.53 per unit
declared for the 2018 Quarter and $0.54 per unit declared for the
quarter ended September 30, 2019 (the "Sequential Quarter").

New position in portfolio started : Vermilion Energy Inc. (TSE:VET).
Vermilion Energy Inc is a Canada-based international energy company, which focuses on conventional and semi-conventional exploration and development projects. Its primarily interested in light oil and liquids-rich natural gas. The Company manages the acquisition, exploration, development and optimization of producing properties in North America (Canada and USA), Europe (France, Holland, Germany, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia) and Australia.
Vermilion Energy Inc. pays dividend monthly and my initial yield on cost is at 13.30%. Yield is really high as the company stock price has been going down lately.

Realty Income increases dividend
SAN DIEGO, Jan. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®,
today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the
company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2325 per share from
$0.2275 per share. The dividend is payable on February 14, 2020 to
shareholders of record as of February 3, 2020. This is the 105th
dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994.
The ex-dividend date for February's dividend is January 31, 2020. The
new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.79
per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.73
per share.

Enterprise Products Partners increases dividend
Enterprise
Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) ("Enterprise") announced today that
the board of directors of its general partner declared an increase in
the quarterly cash distribution paid to limited partners with respect to
the fourth quarter of 2019 to $0.445 per common unit, or $1.78 per unit
on an annualized basis.
The
quarterly distribution will be paid Wednesday, February 12, 2020, to
unitholders of record as of the close of business Friday, January 31,
2020. This distribution, which represents a 2.3 percent increase over
the distribution declared with respect to the fourth quarter of 2018, is
the partnership’s 62nd consecutive quarterly distribution increase. Enterprise has increased its cash distribution rate for 21 consecutive years.
