W.P. Carey increases dividend

EW YORK, Dec. 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.038 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.15 per share and marking W. P. Carey's 75^th consecutive quarterly dividend increase since going public in 1998. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2020 to stockholders of record as of December 31, 2019.

Dominion Energy increases dividend

RICHMOND, Va., Dec. 13, 2019 The board of directors of Dominion Energy (NYSE: D) today established a 2020 dividend of $3.76 per share of common stock, up from $3.67 per share in 2019, or a 2.5 percent increase.

Subject to board declaration in January, the first quarterly dividend of 94 cents per share will be payable in March 2020. The expected 2020 dividend increase would mark the 17th consecutive year in which the annual dividend rate rose from the previous year's rate.

AT & T increases dividend

AT&T (NYSE:T) declares $0.52/share quarterly dividend, 2% increase from prior dividend of $0.51.

Forward yield 5.45%. Payable Feb. 3; for shareholders of record Jan. 10; ex-div Jan. 9.

Enbridge Inc. increases dividend

CALGARY, Dec. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ - Enbridge Inc. (TSX, NYSE: ENB) (Enbridge or the Company) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.81 per common share, payable on March 1, 2020 to shareholders of record on February 14, 2020. 

The declared dividend represents a 9.8 percent increase from the prior quarterly rate and the twenty-fifth consecutive year in which the Company has increased its common share dividend.

104th Common Stock Monthly Dividend Increase Declared By Realty Income

SAN DIEGO, Dec. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2275 per share from $0.227 per share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2020 to shareholders of record as of January 2, 2020. 

This is the 104^th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for January's dividend is December 31, 2019. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.73 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.724 per share.
