W. P. Carey Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, Sept. 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.036 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.14 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2019 to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2019.

103rd Common Stock Monthly Dividend Increase Declared By Realty Income

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.227 per share from $0.2265 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2019. This is the 103^rd dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for October's dividend is September 30, 2019. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.724 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.718 per share.

SFL Corporation Ltd. (the “Company”) today announced that its 2019 Annual General Meeting resolved to change the name of the Company from “Ship Finance International Limited” to “SFL Corporation Ltd.”.

MO prices has been coming down lately and they just increased dividend for 50th consecutive year. So this buy both increases my 12 month forward dividends and lowers MO yield on cost.

Verizon increases dividend for 13th consecutive year

The Board of Directors of Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) today declared a quarterly dividend of 61.50 cents per outstanding share, an increase of 1.25 cents per share, or 2.1 percent, from the previous quarter.

The quarterly dividend is payable on Nov. 1, 2019, to Verizon shareowners of record at the close of business on Oct. 10, 2019.

This is the 13th consecutive year Verizon’s Board has approved a quarterly dividend increase.
Verizon has approximately 4.1 billion shares of common stock outstanding. The company made $5.0 billion in cash dividend payments in the first half of 2019.
