Sampo plans for extra dividend in the form of shares of Nordea

Sampo board proposes extra dividend as shares of Nordea. For every ten (10) shares of Sampo, owner would get one (1) share of Nordea. Since I own 31 shares of Sampo, I would be getting 3 shares of Nordea. Sampo board will be deciding on extra dividend on 7th of August which would make the dividend ex-date as 8th of August.
  

W.P. Carey increases dividend

NEW YORK, June 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) reported today that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.034 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.14 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2019 to stockholders of record as of June 28, 2019.

SAN DIEGO, June 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2265 per share from $0.226 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of July 1, 2019. This is the 102^nd dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for July's dividend is June 28, 2019. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.718 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.712 per share
