Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (Omega), incorporated on March 31, 1992, is a self-administered real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company invests in income producing healthcare facilities and long-term care facilities located throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.
OHI pays dividend quarterly with 2-5-8-11 schedule and my starting yield is at 7.19%
