Alliance Resource Partners LP (ARLP) announced that the Board of Directors of its managing general
partner (the "Board") has decreased the quarterly cash distribution to
unitholders for the 2016 Quarter to $0.4375 per unit (an annualized rate
of $1.75 per unit), payable on May 13, 2016 to all unitholders of record
as of the close of trading on May 6, 2016.This is a -35.2% decrease over previous quarters dividend
