ARLP also announced that the Board of Directors of its managing general
partner (the "Board") approved a cash distribution to unitholders for
the 2015 Quarter of $0.675 per unit (an annualized rate of $2.70 per
unit), payable on February 12, 2016 to all unitholders of record as of
the close of trading on February 5, 2016. The announced distribution
represents a 3.8% increase over the cash distribution of $0.65 per unit
for the 2014 Quarter and is equal to the amount paid in the quarter
ended September 30, 2015 (the "Sequential Quarter").
